Viewing Your Invoices

To access your invoices:

  1. Go to Your Invoices.

  2. Log in if prompted.

  3. View a list of your invoices, including due dates and payment status.

  4. Click an invoice to download or print it.


Making a Payment

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • PayFast – Payments are processed instantly and marked as paid automatically.

  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) – Payments can take up to 48 hours to reflect.

If paying via EFT, ensure you use the correct reference provided on your invoice to avoid delays.


Managing Your Services

To view and manage your services:

  1. Go to Your Services.

  2. Log in if prompted.

  3. You will see a list of your active services.

  4. From here, you can:

    • Upgrade or downgrade your services.

    • Cancel a service if needed.


Troubleshooting Common Issues

Issue: "Invoice Not Marked as Paid After EFT"

Solution:

  • Allow up to 48 hours for the payment to reflect.

  • Ensure you used the correct payment reference.

  • Contact support if the payment still hasn’t been processed after 48 hours.

Issue: "Can’t Access My Invoices or Services"

Solution:

  • Ensure you’re logging in with the correct email and password.

  • Check that your account is active and not suspended due to unpaid invoices.

  • If you’ve forgotten your password, reset it using the Forgot Password option on the login page.

Issue: "Service Upgrade or Cancellation Not Processing"

Solution:

  • Ensure there are no overdue invoices on your account.

  • Some changes require approval; check your email for updates.

  • Contact support if the issue persists.
