How to Change Your Email Password in DirectAdmin

Log into your client portal:

Open your browser and go to portal.omnicronbusiness.co.za.

Enter your login details.

Access DirectAdmin:

Click on My Services.

Select the service linked to your email account.

Scroll down and click Login to DirectAdmin.

Navigate to Email Management:

In DirectAdmin, go to Email Accounts.

Change the Password:

Find the email account you want to update and click Change Password.

Enter a new password (ensure it meets security requirements).

Click Save.

While you can ignore weak passwords, it is highly discouraged for security reasons.
