How to Log into Webmail

To access your email from a web browser, follow these steps:

  1. Open your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.).

  2. Go to your Webmail URL:

    • Enter portal.omnicronbusiness.co.za/roundcube in the address bar.

  3. Enter your login details:

    • Username: Your full email address (e.g., yourname@yourdomain.co.za).

    • Password: Your email account password.

  4. Click “Login” to access your inbox.

  • Send & receive emails.

  • Manage folders (Inbox, Sent, Spam, etc.).
